The gear between
your crew and a fall.
Personal rigging gear is the protective and rope-access equipment a rigger, technician or performer wears and uses to work at height - harnesses, helmets, lanyards, connectors and karabiners, ascenders, descenders, fall arresters, gloves, rescue gear, bags, pulleys and slings. TSA stocks a curated range from Petzl, Skylotec and Black Diamond, so a venue or crew can kit out from one supplier.
It is assessed against AS/NZS 1891 and the relevant EN standards - and it is the same gear we inspect and tag under a height-safety inspection. Buy it here, keep it certified there. One part of the full Lifting & Rigging range.
From the grid to the rescue plan.

Eight families of personal rigging and height-safety gear, stocked in depth. Here is what each one is for, and how to spec it for your crew.
Curated from Petzl, Skylotec and Black Diamond, assessed against AS/NZS 1891 and the relevant EN standards. We hold sizes and colours, and we inspect and tag the same gear once it is in service.
Vented, in crew colours.
Vented industrial height-safety helmets - Petzl Vertex Vent and Strato Vent, and the Skylotec Inceptor GRX. Stocked across white, yellow, red, orange and black so you can colour-code a crew at a glance.
Full-body, rated to catch a fall.
Fall-arrest and work-positioning harnesses for working at height - Petzl Avao Bod Fast, Astro Bod Fast and Volt, and Skylotec Ignite Neon and Argon. Rated as systems to AS/NZS 1891 and EN 361 / 358, stocked in sizes 0-2 (Petzl) and XS to 5XL (Skylotec).
Hold your spot, break a fall.
Energy-absorbing and adjustable work-positioning lanyards - Petzl Grillon and Absorbica; Skylotec Ergogrip, LORY X and SKYSAFE. Assessed against AS/NZS 1891 and the relevant EN standards, in fixed and adjustable lengths.
The links in the chain.

Up the line, and safely down.
Industrial rope-access devices - Petzl Ascension, Rig and I'D descenders, and the ASAP mobile fall arrester; Skylotec Lift Fix, Quick Up+ (140 kg WLL), Sirius, Mark 8 and the Rocker arrester. The kit for getting up a fixed line, working on it, and coming down under control.
Keep your hands on the rope.
Hard-wearing gloves for rigging and rope work - full-finger and half-finger, in leather and synthetic builds across a full size range. The grip and abrasion protection for handling rope, wire and hardware at height.
Move it, protect it, find it.
Wheeled hard cases and gear bags to transport and protect a kit - Pelican Air cases (crushproof and dustproof) and Black Diamond rope and gear bags. The kit that gets your gear to site and keeps it in order.
A plan for getting them down.
Controlled-descent and rescue kit for your height-safety plan - the Skylotec Milan 2.0 Hub and POWER units, a Milan drive unit and a 3 m carbon rescue pole, plus Petzl rescue devices. Available to hire as well as buy, so you can match the kit to the job.
Not sure what your crew needs? Tell us how and where they work at height, and we will spec the kit. Personal gear pairs with the full rigging line - and we inspect and tag it once it is in service.
