01 - What We Do

Eight capabilities. One TSA.

For the build that has to land on the run-sheet.

Conference stages, auditorium AV, corporate event rigging and staging. The clock runs to a run-sheet with no margin for re-work - so we hang the AV and lighting off points rated to carry it, certify every one, and leave you a building that holds between events.

The whole building

From the load-in dock to the truss over the stage, one team has it.

A corporate event is a stack of production systems that all have to land on the run-sheet - truss and lighting flown overhead, PA and screens on rated points, staging on the floor, and the certification behind every hang. Choose the format that matches your event, then explore what we deliver across it.

    Service & Inspection
Common in this sector

What corporate venues call us about.

Different building, same short list. These are the calls that turn into a quote inside the hour - and the reason we keep the report ready before you ask.

We are hanging lighting and screens off the ceiling for the conference, and nobody can tell me what those points are rated to carry.

AV Manager, convention centre

The build has to be in and certified inside the load-in window, with the run-sheet already locked.

Event Director, conference venue

Our auditorium rigging has not been inspected since the fit-out, and the board wants the paperwork.

Facilities Manager, corporate HQ

The drape we hired for the gala had no FR certificate, and the venue would not let it in the room.

Production Manager, event agency

We flew a heavier rig than last year and need someone to sign off the points before doors.

Technical Producer, awards night
How TSA helps

Everything your stage and rig touches, from one team.

Most of what runs above and around your corporate stage, we cover. Hover or tap any capability to see how it shows up in your venue - listed in the order most venues meet us.

Engagement model

How it usually goes, start to finish.

Most corporate projects with TSA follow the same five-step shape. Mapped to your event calendar, not ours.

  1. Step 01

    Assess

Site visit and load assessment of your existing rigging points.

  2. Step 02

    Scope

Scope covering rigging, staging, drapes and AV support.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Build and install programmed around your event calendar.

  4. Step 04

    Certify

Certified rigging with documentation for every point.

  5. Step 05

    Maintain

Service and inspection to keep points rated year on year.

Common questions

Questions corporate venues ask us most.

For venues on the Service & Inspection Programme, callout windows are short by design. For venues not yet on programme, we work the call against current technician load - most non-event-day callouts are scoped inside the working day. If it's an event day, we say so on the first call and route accordingly.

No. The Venue Systems Health Check is structured to work around your existing kit. We document the rig as found, flag anything that needs deeper review, and prioritise remediation against your event calendar. If teardown is required for any specific item, we'll book it separately.

Yes. Drapes and rigging sit under the same Service & Inspection Programme. A single visit covers FR-treatment recertification windows, truss and rigging condition, hoist servicing, and drape track maintenance - one report, one schedule, one invoice.

Lifting and rigging work is delivered against AS 4991 and D8 Plus where applicable. Drape FR treatment is delivered against AS 1530. Electrical testing against AS/NZS 3760. Where a venue has insurer-specific requirements, we work to whichever standard is stricter.

That's the most common reason multi-venue operators ring us. A staged programme - same audit format, same report structure, same recertification cycle across every space - gives facilities a single picture and a single budget line. We've done this for convention centres and corporate-campus portfolios.
