01 - What We Do

Eight capabilities. One TSA.

Industry · Worship

For the spaces that bring people together every week.

Acoustic-sensitive auditoriums, AV-led production, multi-purpose halls. We hang the rig off points rated to carry it, spec drape that is acoustic and FR-rated, and leave your volunteers briefed and documented.

The whole building

From the platform to the PA hang, one team has it.

A worship venue is a stack of production systems that all have to work on a Sunday - lighting and PA hung off the structure, drape and acoustics, and the rigging certification behind them. Choose the room that matches yours, then explore what we deliver across it.

Common in this sector

What worship venues call us about.

Different building, same short list. These are the calls that turn into a quote inside the hour - and the reason we keep the report ready before you ask.

Our lighting and PA hang off the roof structure, and nobody can tell me what it is actually rated to carry.

Facilities Pastor, multi-site church

The drape behind the platform was chosen for the sound, but no one can show me an FR certificate.

Production Lead, modern church

Our whole AV team is volunteers, and there is no record that anyone has been trained to fly the truss.

Technical Director, city church

We added a video wall and a heavier rig over the years, and the original install was never signed off.

Operations Manager, regional church

We have one quiet week before Easter and a jobs list longer than the week.

Campus Pastor, growing church
How TSA helps

Everything your venue touches, from one team.

Most of what runs above and around your platform, we cover. Hover or tap any capability to see how it shows up in your venue - listed in the order most venues meet us.

Engagement model

How it usually goes, start to finish.

Most worship projects with TSA follow the same five-step shape. Mapped to your service calendar, not ours.

  1. Step 01

    Audit

Structural assessment of your AV rigging and platform.

  2. Step 02

    Report

    Engineering report with prioritised remediation.

  3. Step 03

    Quote

Quote covering supply, install and certification.

  4. Step 04

    Deliver

Install programmed around your service times.

  5. Step 05

    Recertify

Annual safety inspection under the Service & Inspection Programme.

Common questions

Questions worship venues ask us most.

For venues on the Service & Inspection Programme, callout windows are short by design. For venues not yet on programme, we work the call against current technician load - most non-service-day callouts are scoped inside the working day. If it's a Sunday, we say so on the first call and route accordingly.

No. The Venue Systems Health Check is structured to work around your existing kit. We document the rig as found, flag anything that needs deeper review, and prioritise remediation against your service calendar. If teardown is required for any specific item, we'll book it separately.

Yes. Drapes and rigging sit under the same Service & Inspection Programme. A single visit covers FR-treatment recertification windows, fly system condition, hoist servicing, and drape track maintenance - one report, one schedule, one invoice.

Lifting and rigging work is delivered against AS 4991 and D8 Plus where applicable. Drape FR treatment is delivered against AS 1530. Electrical testing against AS/NZS 3760. Where a venue has insurer-specific requirements, we work to whichever standard is stricter.

That's the most common reason multi-site operators ring us. A staged programme - same audit format, same report structure, same recertification cycle across every campus - gives your team a single picture and a single budget line. We've done this for multi-site churches and cultural infrastructure portfolios.
