The Service & Inspection Programme is an ongoing, contracted relationship that keeps your stage systems safe, compliant and performing - scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and a documented service history, delivered in-house by people who know your venue. A Venue Systems Health Check tells you where you stand; the Programme keeps you there, and builds the year-on-year record your insurer, board and asset planning rely on.

Each visit is scheduled around your performance calendar, not through it. We inspect against published discard criteria, service in-situ, renew certificates before they lapse, and keep your Due-Diligence Level climbing on paper. It is the Maintain step in the full Compliance & Service offer.

A Health Check is a one-off, documented inspection that tells you where your systems stand today. The Programme is the ongoing relationship that keeps them there - scheduled visits, maintenance and certification, with a service history that builds year on year.
Typically yearly - though some systems are inspected two or even four times a year, depending on the system, its use and its risk. Visits are scheduled in advance and worked around your performance calendar, not through it.
That depends on your systems. A programme may include - depending on what you run - scheduled inspections, preventative and minor corrective maintenance, electrical Test & Tag, per-asset certificates, a documented service history and asset register, and a Maintenance Priority List, all tracked against your Due-Diligence Level.
Hoist and rigging systems are typically serviced on a 12-month interval, with some systems on a shorter cycle - lubrication, alignment and tensioning, wear monitored against published discard criteria, and functional testing of brakes, limits and emergency stops, with minor corrective work done in-situ and documented. Keeping to the interval is what protects warranty cover and long-term serviceability.
