Service & Inspection Programme - an ongoing programme that keeps your stage systems safe, compliant and performing, with scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance and a documented service history delivered in-house by TSA's Competent Inspection Officers, Australia wide
Keep it safe. Keep it on record. We come back.
An ongoing programme that keeps your stage systems safe, compliant and performing - scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance and a documented service history, delivered in-house by the same people who know your venue. A Health Check tells you where you stand; the Programme keeps you there.
Your stage systems.
Maintained, not only checked.
A programme covers the stage equipment that lifts, flies and holds load - not fire exits, seating banks or building certification. We come back to each of these on schedule, inspect it, service it and certify it, so it stays safe between visits. Here is what stays on programme.

We come back,
so you don't have to chase it.
The Service & Inspection Programme is an ongoing, contracted relationship that keeps your stage systems safe, compliant and performing - scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and a documented service history, delivered in-house by people who know your venue. A Venue Systems Health Check tells you where you stand; the Programme keeps you there, and builds the year-on-year record your insurer, board and asset planning rely on.
Each visit is scheduled around your performance calendar, not through it. We inspect against published discard criteria, service in-situ, renew certificates before they lapse, and keep your Due-Diligence Level climbing on paper. It is the Maintain step in the full Compliance & Service offer.
The record compounds. Each scheduled visit inspects, services, recertifies and documents in one pass - and the year-on-year history it builds is the due-diligence evidence your insurer and board rely on.
Four jobs, off your desk.
A programme you can
run on, and defend.
A programme is not an annual phone call. Each scheduled visit combines inspection, maintenance and certification, and adds to a documented service history - so your stage systems stay safe between visits and your record stands up to scrutiny.
The Programme keeps you there, on schedule.
It is the Maintain step: an ongoing relationship where the same deliverables repeat on an annual or bi-annual cadence, building a documented history that raises your Due-Diligence Level.
A Venue Systems Health Check tells you where you are; the Service & Inspection Programme keeps you there - across your fly systems, hoists, drapes and tracks, rigging hardware, height safety and stage machinery - with scheduled visits and a documented history that builds your Due-Diligence Level year on year. Each visit folds in the work that also stands alone: annual inspection and recertification, and electrical Test & Tag to AS/NZS 3760 - with every system serviced against the standards that apply to it.
From a single
hall to a flagship.
The same programme scales from a regional hall to a major arts centre - scheduled visits, graded findings, per-asset certificates and a service history that builds, every year.
