Service & Inspection
Where AV & Hire companies call on TSA.
Whether it's a project manager, account manager, warehouse team or technical director, the requirements are often the same: specialist equipment, additional capacity or expertise outside the day-to-day fleet. These are the areas where TSA most commonly supports AV and production hire companies.
A client wants load-testing and certs we don't do in-house, and I'd rather bring in a partner than turn the job away.
Owner, production hire company
The job needs more hoists than we own, and I need overflow stock on the calendar without losing the margin.
Hire Desk Manager
We win the integration but it has bespoke fabrication in it, and I want one trade partner I can hand that to.
Operations Lead, AV integrator
Our fleet is back from a run and due for inspection, and I need the paperwork our clients keep asking for.
Service Coordinator, dry-hire company
I'm tired of negotiating a one-off rate every time we cross-hire. I want integrator pricing I can plan against.
Account Manager, rental house
Ways AV companies work with TSA.
Every business is different. Some partners come to us for specialist equipment, others for compliance services, cross-hire inventory or technical support. Explore the most common ways AV and production companies work with TSA to extend capability and support their clients.
The test station and certs we take care of.
We take care of the load-testing, hoist servicing and recertification you don't run in-house. Your stock comes back from the road serviced, tested and certified - with the documentation your clients and insurer ask for. We run the test station so you don't have to stand one up.
Stock to add to the fleet, trade priced.
EXE Rise chain hoists, Atlas controllers, truss and the rigging consumables a hire desk gets through - the hoists rated D8 Plus, the lot stocked in Australia so you're not waiting on a container. Buy on a trade account to grow the fleet, or cross-hire it for the job in front of you.
Drape stock to sub-hire on demand.
Stock drape and soft goods to sub-hire when a job needs more than you carry - FR-current, ready to go out under your name. Custom fabrication when a client wants soft goods built to a room, and FR recertification on the drape you already run.
Overflow stock when a job outgrows your fleet.
Cross-hire hoists, controllers and rigging on a calendar when the job needs more than you own - the same kit you'd buy, on trade terms. Allocated to your dates, cased and ready, so you can say yes to the job without buying for one show.
When a brief needs more than your kit.
When a client brief calls for a move your hire stock can't make - a tracking reveal, a flown set piece, a cue-driven effect - we design, build and crew the mechanism behind your name, so the specialist work stays yours to deliver.
Open an account, then work with us as one team.
There is no queue and no desk that hands your work back. Apply for a partner account and it opens integrator pricing, direct access to our services and knowhow, and access to hire equipment and automation. That's it.
-
Step 01
Apply for an account
Tell us about your business, the kit you carry and the work you take on.
-
Step 02
Integrator pricing
Standing integrator pricing across the range, so you can quote your own work with confidence.
-
Step 03
Services and knowhow
Direct access to our engineers and technicians, and to the servicing, testing and certification behind them.
-
Step 04
Hire equipment and automation
Access to hire stock and automation whenever a project calls for more than your fleet carries.
Tools that make working
together quicker.
Size the rig, the hoist or the drape set in a few taps, then send the numbers straight through. We pick the job up from where you left it - same tools, same figures, no re-scoping from scratch. Open to every partner, no commitment.
Questions hire companies ask us most.
Apply through the partner account form and tell us about your business - what you do, the kit you carry, and where you typically need support. Once the account is set up, integrator pricing is confirmed and you have standing access to our services, hire equipment and automation. We review the account with you as your work changes, so the terms keep working for both sides.
Chain hoists, controllers, truss, drape and the consumables that go with them - the same kit you'd buy from us, available on a calendar when a job outgrows your fleet. You book it against your trade account, it's allocated to your dates, cased and ready, and it goes out under your name. The cross-hire stock list covers what's available and the ratings.
We're the capability behind your fleet - load-testing, servicing, certification, bespoke fabrication and overflow stock. Your own kit, your crew and your client relationships stay with you. We're a trade partner, not a competitor for your job.
Lifting and rigging work is delivered against AS 4991 and D8 Plus where applicable. Drape FR treatment is delivered against AS 1530. Electrical testing against AS/NZS 3760. Where your client has insurer-specific requirements, we work to whichever standard is stricter - and the paperwork comes back ready to hand on.
Put TSA behind your fleet.
Tell us about your business and where an extra set of hands would let you say yes. We'll come back to set up your partner account, confirm integrator pricing, and open access to our services, hire equipment and automation.
