Emergency Callouts - emergency support for stage rigging, hoist and control-system faults, built into TSA's Service & Inspection Programme, delivered by the people who already know your rig, Australia wide
When it fails, call the people who know your rig.
When a hoist, rigging or control-system fault threatens a performance, you need the people who already know your rig - not a stranger reading a manual. Emergency support is built into TSA's Service & Inspection Programme: we triage, make safe and document the fix, Australia wide.
The faults that
can't wait for Monday.
If you are on programme and something on your stage fails or has to be made safe, this is when to pick up the phone. We already know your rig, so the call starts with what we know - not from scratch.

A powered hoist, sling, chain or wire rope that has failed, slipped or has to come out of service.

The relationship is
the response.
When a hoist, rigging or control-system fault threatens a performance, you need the people who know your rig - not a stranger reading a manual. Emergency support is built into TSA's Service & Inspection Programme: a venue we already service is a venue we can get to, triage and make safe, with the work documented afterward.
The faster route to support in a crisis is being on programme before one happens. Because we already hold your asset register and your grading history, the call starts with what we know about your equipment - so the conversation is about the fix, not the inventory. The same Competent Inspection Officers who inspect your systems are the ones who come back when something fails.
Process clarity, not a clock. We do not publish a single response time we could not honour everywhere - response expectations are set with you when you come on programme. What stays constant is the sequence: triage, make safe, fix, document.
Four jobs, when it counts.
Triage, make safe,
then put it on the record.
Emergency support is not a phone number you hope someone answers. It is the same support model TSA has run on a major touring engagement - shaped to your venue and your season, and built into your programme.
The relationship is what makes the response fast.
A venue we already service is a venue we can triage and make safe quickly, because we are not learning your rig in a crisis. Start a programme and emergency support comes with it.
There is no single response time we publish, because we will not promise a number we cannot honour everywhere - response expectations are set with you when you come on programme. What we can promise is the sequence, and the people: the same Competent Inspection Officers who run your Service & Inspection Programme are the ones who answer when something fails.
Support, when
it mattered most.
From a regional hall on a bi-annual programme to a major touring engagement with support built in - the same model: we know the rig, we make it safe, we put it on the record.

Support across a run.
On a recent national touring production, preventive maintenance was built in, essential faults were committed to a turnaround, and a contact was held through the season - service worked around the show.

A fault made safe fast.
Because the venue was already on programme, a hoist fault was triaged against the existing asset history and made safe without learning the rig from scratch.

Through to opening.
A show-week control-system fault stabilised and documented, with re-certification of the repaired gear added straight onto the venue's record.
